Abstract:

The purpose of this research is to develop a vision for the proposed role of the heads of academic departments and regulatory dimensions of justice and the faculties of education at King Khalid University through know the reality of the exercise of the heads of academic departments of the dimensions of organizational justice. The research used the descriptive approach, and the questionnaire as a tool for data collection was applied to a sample of members of the faculties of education at King Khalid University reached (241) members of the teaching staff.

Modern trends focused on the development of the universities on the fundamental aspects adopted by academic leaders in dealing with subordinates, and to develop new strategies to bring about some sort of harmony between academic departments and between faculty members; where the performance of individuals associated within the University Corporation and behavior on the quality of organizational justice they feel through their dealings with superiors. The organizational justice, a key feature of the success of the institutions that aspire to future features, is also one of the pillars of stability in the work, and effective element of loyalty to the institution development, raise employment and working efficiency, and longer academic department as a basic university unit; where he provides evidence of significant activities that make up positions faculty and staff members and their performance represents a connecting link between the centrist leadership to achieve a balance between the demands of senior management and the aspirations of the faculty and staff members by achieving environmental climate contributes to the achievement of organizational justice.

The research found to develop a vision proposed for the role of the heads of academic departments to achieve organizational justice faculties of education at King Khalid University consisted of a number of elements, namely: Pillars vision, and mechanisms of the proposed vision application was the application of mechanisms after justice (distributive, transactional, and moral), and the elements success, and those responsible for its implementation. Finally Find reached a number of findings, including: the responses of the total members of research showed that the overall average on the reality of the role of the heads of academic departments faculties of education at King Khaled after University (distributive) came highly approval of the "big", but after the (procedural) came degree of approval "medium" , but after the (trading) came degree of approval, "medium", but after the (evaluation) came highly approval of the "big", but after the (moral) came highly approval of the "big", and there are no statistically significant differences at the significance level (0.01) between the average individual responses The research sample on the reality of the role of the heads of academic departments faculties of education at King Khalid University to the dimensions of organizational justice (distributive and procedural, trade, and evaluation, and moral) according to a variable (scientific specialization, sex, scientific degree).

It recommended research to encourage faculty members to provide their input and suggestions regarding procedures and modified and conduct of editing, design and implementation of a series of training programs for all faculty members of the department to develop awareness of the concept and dimensions of organizational justice and positive effects on the performance of members level and contribute to do more volunteer work a way that contribute to achieving the goals of academic departments and faculty
