Abstract
In this article based on a speech originally delivered at the Faith at Work Summit, Pollard considers how business leaders might take God out of the pew and into the workplace. In particular, he focuses on servant leadership and the way in which it can can help cultivate an atmosphere in which employees and customers are considered in a holistic rather than a solely economic manner.
