Abstract
In June of 1994, the Leadership Network met in Minneapolis to discuss what it would mean to "be the Church" in the 21st century. In his speech at the meeting, Pollard reflects on servant leadership's role in this vision, noting in particular how an emphasis on leadership will help evangelicals to fulfill their goal of reaching the world for Christ.
