Description

We present a new direction for individuals wishing to enhance their professional network by building a social support base that is meaningful and consonant with their personal sense of purpose. In this investigation we collected data from 440 participants (N = 440) representing a variety of industries including education, businesses, and not-for-profit organizations. Participants responded to multiple online assessments from www.BadBobby.com. Outcome measures to be assessed will be network size and network satisfaction. We propose a fresh approach for advising individuals who desire to foster connections with others who will support them in living in alignment with their purpose.
