Abstract
In this speech delivered at Wheaton College's Hastert Center (now the Center for Economics, Government, and Public Policy) Lecture, Pollard contends that profit can be considered virtuous when it allows servant leaders to invest in employee, thereby contributing to the moral and spiritual formation of human beings.
