The film, “Under the Bridge” explores the criminalization of homelessness in Indianapolis with a focus on tent encampments. Tent cities are emerging in many cities across the country in response to the rising numbers of people who are homeless. Homelessness presents new policy challenges for cities as well as new opportunities for community and collaboration. After viewing the film, please join Maurice Young, a homeless activist portrayed in the film, for a talk-back session on addressing homelessness.
