Abstract:
The article presents a selection of didactic methods used in academic practice with its basis on good practice examples. Creating the subjectivity of a student and developing a student's creative potential are both the focus of these methods. Another part of the article shows various models of academic work and the role and competences of a teacher as a facilitator of adult student’s potential. We will also be presented with methodological aspects of working using these methods, with particular emphasis on planning the didactic process and building the student-teacher subjective relationship.
