Abstract
Letter from Florence DeShazer to Jacob's sister Helen in Oregon, describing the family's Thanksgiving, Jacob's missionary activities, some of Florence's struggles with studying Japanese, and giving an update on Paul. Included also is a handwritten note about the birth of the DeShazer's second child, John. Note that the transcription is for the handwritten portion of the letter only.
