Abstract
Delivered at the 1994 Decade of Promise in Estes Park, CO, this speech addresses servant leadership from the unique perspective of an evangelical businessman. In particular, Pollard uses his own experience at ServiceMaster as a way of illustrating how the world at large can benefit from Christians committed to servant leadership.
