Participants take the Interpersonal Reactivity Index (Davis, 1983), the Bicultural Self-Efficacy Scale (David, Okazaki & Saw, 2009) and the Multigroup Ethnic Identity Measure (Phinney, 1992) as pre- and post-tests to measure changes in empathic attunement and bi-cultural identity.
