Description
Constructing a developmental snapshot of any generation requires a thoughtful integration and comparison of generational differences as well as an awareness that any differences may be partially attributed to their developmental stage. Through that lens, this study is based on data from 1,095 millennials who participated in a whole person developmental process that included an analysis of their perceptions of calling and purpose, awareness of self and others, support networks, personality, past and desired experiences, lessons learned, learning agility, and life fulfillment.
