Description

The Covid-19 pandemic has produced significant changes to college students’ lives, motivating a need to examine the effects of the pandemic on their mental health. Recent studies have demonstrated college students experienced high rates of depressive and anxiety symptoms during the pandemic. This poster presents data from a university-wide survey of undergraduate and graduate college students. Students responded to an online survey, detailing changes to their physical activity levels, mental health, and motivation. Preliminary analysis indicates several aspects of students’ lives were negatively impacted, particularly school experience, living and financial situation, and changes to relationships.
